Who will be cleaning my home?

A highly qualified team of two that will provide a consistent quality cleaning.

Will I always get the same crew?

For recurring cleanings, we will provide the same crew the vast majority of the time to keep your cleanings consistent.  This may not be possible however due to vacation, illness or an emergency.

Is there anything I need to do before my cleaning appointment?

Only if there is an update or change to your cleaning.

Do I need to be present for my cleaning?

Generally our clients prefer their appointments during the day while they are working.  This allows us to clean the home efficiently and have it completed for them to relax after a hard day's work.

What do I do with my pets?

Having two very friendly dogs myself, I realize even the nicest pets will be a distraction to our crews.  For speed and accuracy, we ask that your pets be contained in a space that will provide them comfort while allowing our crews to clean your home to meet your and our standards.  We can release them once the crew is done if you wish.

Will my time be guaranteed?

We guarantee the first appointment every day.  As the crews may need more time to perform up to the standards of our customers, later times may be shifted to accommodate thoroughness and quality.

Will I receive a reminder for my cleaning?

Absolutely, we provide an email, call or text 24 hours prior by request.

What is deep cleaning versus a regular cleaning?

Deep cleans are generally needed for homes that have not had a complete cleaning recently.  These generally take more time and are usually used to prepare homes for regular cleanings.

What if something gets damaged?

We treat your home like our own.  Mountain Meadow Maids will replace or repair the item at no cost to you.

Do I need any supplies?

Unless requested by our valued client, all equipment and supplies are included, including green cleaning.  All vacuums are HEPA filtered to prevent cross contamination from house to house.

What do I do if I have to cancel or change an appointment?

We request a 48 hour notice if appointments need to be changed or canceled.
